En ella vemos once hombres sentados en una viga que está en lo alto de un rascacielos en construcción, al piso 69 del edificio RCA del Rockefeller Center, donde vemos, imaginariamente, los 11 obreros que parece que están en el parque descansando.
Los protagonistas son nativos americanos, inmigrantes irlandeses o eslovacos y, según todos los indicios, hay también un inmigrante español de origen vasco
