La primera entrevista para solicitar el asilo

En la primera entrevista se hace el itinerario personalizado. Así se atenderá correctamente, según sus necesidades. Se evaluará en función de la persecución que hayan sufrido, con la ayuda de un mediador o traductor.

In the first interview the personalized plan is implemented . This way they will be taken care of correctly, according to their needs. It will be evaluated according to the persecution they have suffered, with the help of a mediator or translator.

Im ersten Interview wird der personalisierte Plan umgesetzt. Auf diese Weise werden sie entsprechend ihren Bedürfnissen richtig betreut. Sie wird anhand der Verfolgung, die sie erlitten haben, mit Hilfe eines Vermittlers oder Übersetzers bewertet.

İlk görüşmede kişiselleştirilmiş plan uygulanmaktadır. Bu sayede gereksinimlerine göre doğru bir şekilde halledilir. Bir arabulucu veya tercüman yardımı ile yaşadıkları zulme göre değerlendirilecektir.

Pequeñas campañas

Siempre me ha gustado tomar la iniciativa. Y una de ella fue la de iniciar campañas, muy pequeñas, de sensibilización contra algo que me resultaba incomprencible, o, directamente, afectaba a los derechos humanos 

La primera fue "Maquillate por ellas" (#maquillateporellas), cuando leí que a las mujeres saudí se les atosiga por llevar maquillaje . Por suerte, están apareciendo empresas de cosmética con el sello halal. 

I have always liked to take the initiative. And one of them was to start campaigns, very small, to raise awareness about something that I found incomprehensible, or, directly, to affect human rights

The first one was "Make-up for them" (#maquillateporellas), when I read that Saudi women are stung by wearing makeup. Luckily, cosmetic companies are appearing with the halal seal.

J'ai toujours aimé prendre des initiatives. L'un d'entre eux consistait à lancer de très petites campagnes de sensibilisation à quelque chose que je trouvais incompréhensible ou, directement, à porter atteinte aux droits de l'homme.

Le premier était "Maquillage pour eux" (#maquillateporellas), quand j'ai lu que les femmes saoudiennes se font piquer en se maquillant. Heureusement, les entreprises de cosmétiques apparaissent avec le sceau halal.

No dejaré de intentarlo

Hace unos años, dejándome llevar por las ganas de hacer cosas, intenté establecer un servicio de atención al migrante. Siendo animadora sociocultural, puesto que la titulación lo permite. Obviamente no funcionó. Resulta que me han invitado a participar en una iniciativa muy bonita. Cada vez más creo en el destino y que todo se pone en su sitio.

A few years ago, letting myself be driven by the desire to do things, I tried to establish a migrant service. Being a sociocultural worker, because the degree allows it. Obviously it did not work. It turns out that I have been invited to participate in a very nice initiative. More and more I believe in destiny and that everything is put in its place.

Vor einigen Jahren, als ich mich von dem Wunsch trieb, Dinge tun zu lassen, versuchte ich, einen Migrantendienst zu gründen. Als soziokultureller Arbeiter, weil der Abschluss es erlaubt. Offensichtlich hat es nicht funktioniert. Es stellt sich heraus, dass ich zu einer sehr schönen Initiative eingeladen wurde. Immer mehr glaube ich an das Schicksal und dass alles an seinen Platz kommt.

Il y a quelques années, me laissant guider par le désir de faire des choses, j'ai essayé de créer un service pour migrants. Être un travailleur socioculturel, parce que le diplôme le permet. Évidemment cela n'a pas fonctionné. Il s’avère que j’ai été invité à participer à une très belle initiative. De plus en plus je crois au destin et à ce que tout soit mis à sa place.

A las mujeres luchadoras

Quiero dedicar este post a todas las mujeres, provenientes de países en los que no se garantizan sus derechos como mujeres y siguen luchando y enfrentándose a obstáculos diariamente, facilitando que otras mujeres y niñas puedan acceder a sagrado derecho fundamental a la educación.

I want to dedicate this post to all women, from countries where their rights as women are not guaranteed and they continue to struggle and face daily obstacles, making it easier for other women and girls to access the sacred fundamental right to education.

Ich möchte diesen Posten allen Frauen widmen, aus Ländern, in denen ihre Rechte als Frauen nicht garantiert sind, und sie kämpfen weiterhin mit alltäglichen Hindernissen, um anderen Frauen und Mädchen den Zugang zu dem heiligen Grundrecht auf Bildung zu erleichtern.

Je souhaite dédier ce poste à toutes les femmes de pays où leurs droits en tant que femmes ne sont pas garantis et où elles continuent à lutter et à faire face à des obstacles quotidiens, ce qui permet aux autres femmes et filles d'accéder plus facilement au droit fondamental et sacré à l'éducation.

Hacía tiempo que no salían noticias como ésta. Espero que no vuelvan a producirse. Si bien se sanciona al club al que pertenecen los aficionados racistas, parece que esto no va a acabar nunca

En el Instituto de Educación Secundaria Tony Gallardo hemos inaugurado el Servicio de Mediación. Tuve la oportunidad de asistir a un Curso de Formación sobre Mediación . Es un proceso por el que una persona, neutral e imparcial, ayuda a otros a encontrar soluciones para resolver sus divergencias, de manera voluntaria, evitando así ir al juzgado

We have started a Mediation Service in Tony Gallardo Highschool. I had the opportuniny of participating in a Training Course. It is a process,  in which, a neutral and impartial person, helps others to find solutions to resolve their differences, voluntarily, thus avoiding going to court.

Wir haben einen Vermittlungsdienst in Tony Gallardo Gymnasium gestartet. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, an einem Trainingskurs teilzunehmen. Es ist ein Prozess, bei dem einer neutralen und unparteiischen Person, die andere hilft, Lösungen zu finden, um ihre Differenzen zu lösen, freiwillig, so geht vor Gericht zu vermeiden.

A Tony Gallardo középiskolában kezdtünk egy közvetítési szolgáltatást. Nekem volt lehetőségem részt venni egy képzési kurzuson. Ez egy olyan folyamat, amelyben egy semleges és pártatlan személy segíti másokat abban, hogy megoldásokat találjanak a különbségeik megoldására, önkéntesen, elkerülve ezzel a bíróság elé kerülését.

Tony Gallardo Lisesi'nde Arabuluculuk Hizmeti başlattık. Bir Eğitim Kursuna katılma fırsatım oldu. Tarafsız ve tarafsız bir insanın, başkalarının farklılıklarını çözmek için gönüllü olarak çözüm bulmalarına yardımcı olmak, böylece mahkemeye gitmekten kaçınmak için bir süreçtir.

Un punto de encuentro

¿Por qué estudio Integración Social? Porque quiero ser mediadora intercultural.

Desde el punto de vista de la animación sociocultural e integración social, considero imprescindible la creación de un punto de encuentro donde personas con diferentes sensibilidades y de diferentes colectivos sean capaces de sentarse a una mesa y dejar sus diferencias fuera del espacio. Why study Social Integration? Because I want to be an intercultural mediator

From the point of view of sociocultural animation and social integration, I consider it  is essential to create a meeting point where people with different sensibilities and different groups are able to sit down at a table and leave their differences outside of space. I believe in raising awareness as a prevention of conflicts.

Warum soziale Integration studieren? Weil ich interkultureller Vermittler sein möchte

Unter dem Gesichtspunkt der soziokulturellen Animation und der sozialen Integration halte ich es für unerlässlich, einen Treffpunkt zu schaffen, an dem Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Empfindungen und unterschiedlichen Gruppen sich an einen Tisch setzen und ihre Unterschiede außerhalb des Weltraums lassen können. Ich glaube an die Bewusstseinsbildung als Konfliktverhütung.

Pourquoi étudier l'intégration sociale? Parce que je veux être un médiateur interculturel

En ce qui concerne l’animation socioculturelle et l’intégration sociale, j’estime qu’il est essentiel de créer un lieu de rencontre où des personnes ayant des sensibilités différentes et des groupes différents peuvent s’asseoir à une table et laisser leurs différences en dehors de l’espace. Je crois en la sensibilisation comme moyen de prévention des conflits.

من وجهة نظر الرسوم المتحركة الاجتماعية والثقافية والتكامل الاجتماعي ، أرى أنه من الضروري إنشاء نقطة التقاء حيث يتمكن الأشخاص الذين لديهم حساسيات مختلفة ومجموعات مختلفة من الجلوس على طاولة وترك اختلافاتهم خارج الفضاء. أنا أؤمن برفع الوعي كوقاية من الصراعات.

Perché studiare l'integrazione sociale? Perché voglio essere un mediatore interculturale

Dal punto di vista dell'animazione socioculturale e dell'integrazione sociale, considero essenziale creare un punto d'incontro in cui persone con sensibilità diverse e gruppi diversi siano in grado di sedersi a un tavolo e lasciare le loro differenze fuori dallo spazio. Credo nell'aumentare la consapevolezza come prevenzione dei conflitti.

Neden Sosyal Entegrasyon çalışmalı? Çünkü kültürlerarası bir arabulucu olmak istiyorum

Sosyokültürel animasyon ve sosyal bütünleşme açısından bakıldığında, farklı duyarlılıklara ve farklı gruplara sahip insanların masaya oturabilecekleri ve farklılıklarını mekan dışında bırakabilecekleri bir buluşma noktası oluşturmanın şart olduğunu düşünüyorum. Çatışmaların önlenmesi olarak farkındalık yaratmaya inanıyorum.

Somos más que animadores-as

Acabo de tener una pequeña intervención vía red social sobre las funciones de el-la animador-a sociocultural, en cuyo perfil aparece como competencias, entre otras:

1. Organizar departamentos, programas y actividades de animación sociocultural y turística gestionando la documentación y los recursos así como la financiación y el control del presupuesto asignado.
2. Crear, dinamizar y supervisar equipos de monitores/as en proyectos de intervención sociocultural, organizándolos en función de las actividades.
3. Diseñar, implementar y evaluar actividades lúdicas, culturales y físicorecreativas seleccionando las estrategias metodológicas, organizando los recursos y manejando los equipos y medios técnicos necesarios para su desarrollo.

Alguien con semejante perfil, es más que una persona que se dedica a entretener, loable labor. Pero tal y como yo la entiendo, alguien que puede gestionar recursos humanos, materiales y financieros, es  simplemente, un  gestor cultural

I just had a small intervention via social network about the functions of the sociocultural animator, whose profile appears as competences, among others:

A társadalmi beilleszkedés olyan cselekvések, amelyek lehetővé teszik a sérülékenység vagy a társadalmi kirekesztés területén élő emberek számára az életszínvonal megszerzését, amely lehetővé teszi számukra az alapvető szükségleteik fedezését és a társadalomba való beilleszkedést.

Przez integrację społeczną rozumie się działania, które pozwalają ludziom w obszarze wrażliwości lub wykluczenia społecznego cieszyć się standardem życia, który pozwala im zaspokajać podstawowe potrzeby i być w stanie włączyć się w społeczeństwo.
