Migrante en situación regular
Una persona que se muda o se ha mudado a través de una frontera y está autorizado para entrar o permanecer en un Estado de conformidad con el derecho de ese Estado y a los acuerdos internacionales a los que ese Estado es parte. 

                    
Migrante en situación irregular
Una persona que se muda o ha cruzado una frontera internacional y no está autorizado para entrar o permanecer en un Estado de conformidad con el derecho de ese Estado y a los acuerdos internacionales a los que ese Estado es parte.

Migrant in a regular situation
A person who moves or has moved across a border and is authorized to enter or remain in a State in accordance with the law of that State and international agreements to which that State is a party.

Migrant in an irregular situation
A person who moves or has crossed an international border and is not authorized to enter or remain in a State in accordance with the law of that State and the international agreements to which that State is a party.

Migrant in einer normalen Situation
Eine Person, die sich bewegt oder über eine Grenze gezogen ist und berechtigt ist, gemäß dem Recht dieses Staates und internationalen Abkommen, an denen dieser Staat beteiligt ist, in einen Staat einzureisen oder dort zu bleiben.

Migrant in einer unregelmäßigen Situation
Eine Person, die eine internationale Grenze bewegt oder überschritten hat und nicht berechtigt ist, gemäß dem Recht dieses Staates und den internationalen Abkommen, an denen dieser Staat beteiligt ist, in einen Staat einzureisen oder dort zu bleiben.

Migrant en situation régulière
Une personne qui se déplace ou a traversé une frontière et est autorisée à entrer ou à rester dans un État conformément au droit de cet État et aux accords internationaux auxquels cet État est partie.

Migrant en situation irrégulière
