Según la Organización Internacional para las Migraciones (OIM), una deportación se entiende como: Acto del Estado en el ejercicio de su soberanía mediante el cual envía a un extranjero fuera de su territorio, a otro lugar, después de rechazar su admisión o de habérsele terminado el permiso de permanecer en dicho Estado.
La deportación suele acarrear como consecuencia la pérdida de por vida del derecho a ingresar al país donde se produjo esta acción, tal y como lleva haciéndose desde hace mucho tiempo. Hay momentos en la historia que parece que se aceptan a los migrantes, y , cuando ya no los necesitamos...
La Unión Europea le ha dado la espalda, completamente a las personas migrantes y a sus derechos. Imaginen que ahorran el dinero, sobreviven, y te deportan. Y luego te ven volver a casa ...con las manos vacías. Tengan por seguro que serás un paria

According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), a deportation is understood as: An act of the State in the exercise of its sovereignty by which it sends a foreigner out of its territory, to another place, after refusing their admission or after their permission to stay in said State has ended.
Deportation usually results in the lifelong loss of the right to enter the country where this action took place, as has been done for a long time. There are times in history when it seems that migrants are accepted, and when we no longer need them...
The European Union has completely turned its back on migrants and their rights. Imagine that they save up the money, survive, and they deport you. And then they see you return home... empty-handed. You will be an outcast for sure

Laut der Internationalen Organisation für Migration (IOM) wird eine Abschiebung wie folgt verstanden: Ein Akt des Staates im Rahmen seiner Souveränität, indem er einen Ausländer aus seinem Hoheitsgebiet an einen anderen Ort schickt, nachdem er seine Einreise verweigert hat oder seine Aufenthaltserlaubnis in diesem Staat erloschen ist.
Eine Abschiebung führt in der Regel zum lebenslangen Verlust des Rechts auf Einreise in den Land, in dem diese Aktion stattfand, wie es schon seit langer Zeit getan wird. Es gibt Zeiten in der Geschichte, in denen es so aussieht, als würden Migranten akzeptiert, und in denen wir sie nicht mehr brauchen ...
Die Europäische Union hat Migranten und ihren Rechten völlig den Rücken gekehrt. Stellen Sie sich vor, sie sparen das Geld, überleben und schieben ab du. Und dann sehen sie, wie du nach Hause zurückkehrst... mit leeren Händen. Du wirst ganz sicher ein Außenseiter sein

Selon l'Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM), une expulsion est entendue comme : Un acte de l'État dans l'exercice de sa souveraineté par lequel il envoie un étranger hors de son territoire, vers un autre lieu, après avoir refusé son admission ou après que son autorisation de séjour dans ledit État a pris fin.
L'expulsion entraîne généralement la perte à vie du droit d'entrer dans le pays où cette action a eu lieu, comme cela se fait depuis longtemps. Il y a des moments dans l'histoire où il semble que les migrants sont acceptés, et où nous n'avons plus besoin d'eux...
L'Union européenne a complètement tourné le dos aux migrants et à leurs droits. Imaginez qu'ils économisent de l'argent, survivent et vous expulsent. Et puis ils vous voient rentrer chez vous... les mains vides. Vous serez un paria à coup sûr

وفقًا للمنظمة الدولية للهجرة، يُفهم الترحيل على أنه: عمل من أعمال الدولة في ممارسة سيادتها حيث ترسل أجنبيًا خارج أراضيها إلى مكان آخر، بعد رفض قبوله أو بعد انتهاء إذنه بالبقاء في الدولة المذكورة.
عادةً ما يؤدي الترحيل إلى فقدان مدى الحياة لحق دخول البلد الذي وقع فيه هذا الإجراء، كما حدث لفترة طويلة. هناك أوقات في التاريخ حيث يبدو أن المهاجرين مقبولون، وعندما لم نعد بحاجة إليهم...
لقد أدار الاتحاد الأوروبي ظهره تمامًا للمهاجرين وحقوقهم. تخيل أنهم يدخرون المال، وينجون، ثم يرحلونك. ثم يرونك تعود إلى وطنك... خالي الوفاض. ستكون منبوذاً بالتأكيد

Secondo l'Organizzazione Internazionale per le Migrazioni (OIM), una deportazione è intesa come: un atto dello Stato nell'esercizio della sua sovranità con cui invia uno straniero fuori dal suo territorio, in un altro luogo, dopo aver rifiutato la sua ammissione o dopo che il suo permesso di soggiorno in detto Stato è terminato.
La deportazione di solito comporta la perdita a vita del diritto di entrare nel paese in cui ha avuto luogo tale azione, come è stato fatto per molto tempo. Ci sono momenti nella storia in cui sembra che i migranti siano accettati e quando non abbiamo più bisogno di loro...
L'Unione Europea ha completamente voltato le spalle ai migranti e ai loro diritti. Immagina che mettono da parte i soldi, sopravvivono e ti deportano. E poi ti vedono tornare a casa... a mani vuote. Sarai sicuramente un emarginato

Według Międzynarodowej Organizacji ds. Migracji (IOM), deportacja jest rozumiana jako: Akt państwa w wykonywaniu jego suwerenności, poprzez który wysyła ono cudzoziemca poza swoje terytorium, w inne miejsce, po odmowie jego wjazdu lub po wygaśnięciu jego pozwolenia na pobyt w tym państwie.
Deportacja zazwyczaj skutkuje dożywotnią utratą prawa wjazdu do kraju, w którym miało miejsce to działanie, jak to miało miejsce od dawna. Są takie czasy w historii, kiedy wydaje się, że migranci są akceptowani, a my już ich nie potrzebujemy...
Unia Europejska całkowicie odwróciła się od migrantów i ich praw. Wyobraź sobie, że oszczędzają pieniądze, przeżywają i deportują cię. A potem widzą, jak wracasz do domu... z pustymi rękami. Na pewno będziesz wyrzutkiem
