Inmigración y los derechos

Aunque me considero una persona muy tolerante, aceptando la opinión de los demás, no deja de sorperenderme el (ab)uso de este derecho que algunos grupos políticos hacen o aplican sobre la inmigración.

Si una persona cualquiera dice algo en contra de los inmigrantes, podemos entender que es su opinión, aunque no se comparta. Cuando muchas personas dicen lo mismo y es recogido por ciertos partidos de ideología ultraderechista, con un discurso totalmente racista y xenófobo, insistiendo en que los extranjeros " quitan las plazas de las guarderías, colapsan urgencias o bajan el nivel educativo", estramos en terreno peligroso, puesto que la razón principal , y oculta, es simplemente no empadronarlas para que no puedan ejercer sus derechos como el del voto, ya que si votasen, los resultados electorales serían otros.

Les recuerdo que el hecho de no tener documentación es una mera falta administrativa , no un delito.

Declaración de lo Derechos Humanos

Artículo 2Nadie podrá ser discriminado por motivos de raza, color, sexo, lengua, opinión política o de cualquier otro tipo.

Artículo 13-1. Toda persona tiene derecho a circular libremente y a elegir su residencia en el territorio de un Estado.
-2. Toda persona tiene derecho a salir de cualquier país, incluso del propio, y a regresar a su país.
Artículo 14-1. En caso de persecución, toda persona tiene derecho a buscar asilo, y a disfrutar de él, en cualquier país.
-2. Este derecho no podrá ser invocado contra una acción judicial realmente originada por delitos comunes o por actos opuestos a los propósitos y principios de las Naciones Unidas.

Artículo 15-1. Toda persona tiene derecho a una nacionalidad.
-2. A nadie se privará arbitrariamente de su nacionalidad ni del derecho a cambiar de nacionalidad.

Declaration of Human Rights
