Programa "Interlabora"

Este programa, de Cruz Roja Española, junto al Fondo Social Europeo, y la colaboración de la empresa Adolfo Dominguez, han ofertado prácticas formativas a nueve mujeres en situación de dificultad social.

Dichas prácticas, que se celebraron del 8 al 10 de diciembre, consistieron en la formación sobre planchado industrial supongan un apoyo para la incorporación en el mundo laboral de estas mujeres.

Con ellas, la empresa sigue con su política de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, apoyando iniciativas como la oferta de prácticas que evite la exclusión social.

This program, the Spanish Red Cross, together with the European Social Fund and the cooperation of the  Adolfo Dominguez  company, have offered internship to nine women in socially disadvantaged.

Such practices, which were held 8 to 10 December, consisted of training on industrial ironing involving support for the integration into employment of these women.

With them, the company continues with its policy of corporate social responsibility, supporting initiatives such as offering practical to avoid social exclusion.


Dieses Programm, das Spanische Rote Kreuz zusammen mit dem Europäischen Sozialfonds und die Zusammenarbeit der Unternehmen Adolfo Dominguez, haben Praktikum zu neun Frauen angeboten in sozial benachteiligten.

Derartige Praktiken, die von 8 bis 10 Dezember abgehalten wurden, bestand der Ausbildung auf die industrielle Bügeln mit Unterstützung für die Integration in das Erwerbsleben der Frauen.

Mit ihnen setzt das Unternehmen mit ihrer Politik der sozialen Verantwortung der Unternehmen, Unterstützung von Initiativen wie mit praktischen sozialen Ausgrenzung zu vermeiden.

Ce programme, la Croix-Rouge espagnole, conjointement avec le Fonds social européen et la coopération de la société Adolfo Dominguez, ont offert des stages à neuf femmes socialement défavorisées.

Ces pratiques, qui ont eu lieu 8-10 Décembre, consistait en une formation sur repassage industriel impliquant un soutien pour l'intégration dans l'emploi de ces femmes.

Avec eux, la société poursuit sa politique de responsabilité sociale des entreprises, soutenir des initiatives telles que l'offre pratiques pour éviter l'exclusion sociale.

قدم هذا البرنامج ، وهو الصليب الأحمر الإسباني ، بالاشتراك مع الصندوق الاجتماعي الأوروبي وبالتعاون مع شركة Adolfo Dominguez ، تدريبًا داخليًا لتسع نساء من الفئات المحرومة اجتماعياً.

وتألفت هذه الممارسات ، التي عقدت في الفترة من 8 إلى 10 ديسمبر / كانون الأول ، من التدريب على الكي الصناعي الذي يتضمن دعم اندماج هؤلاء النساء في العمل.

معهم ، تواصل الشركة سياسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات ، ودعم المبادرات مثل تقديم عملي لتجنب الاستبعاد الاجتماعي.

Dette program har det spanske Røde Kors sammen med Den Europæiske Socialfond og samarbejdet med Adolfo Dominguez-virksomheden tilbudt praktik til ni kvinder i socialt udsatte.

Sådanne praksisser, som blev afholdt den 8. til 10. december, bestod af uddannelse i industriel strygning, der indebar støtte til disse kvinders integration i beskæftigelse.

Med dem fortsætter virksomheden med sin politik for virksomhedernes sociale ansvar, og støtter initiativer såsom at tilbyde praktiske for at undgå social udstødelse.
