Creo que una de las claves es sin duda el fomento de la empatía y la escucha activa: intentar entender por qué han venido a nuestro país, jugándose, muchos de ellxs, la vida y escuchar sus necesidades, especialmente, lo duro que es pasar 3 años sin poder hacer nada por no tener documentación.
