A veces me pregunto para qué se crean ciertas instituciones. Me refiero al Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos o la mismísima ONU. ¿Cómo puede ser que se permita cerrar puertos ante una catástrofe humanitaria y se permite que lleguen a otros lugares como Canarias? Las crisis como guerras o el cambio climático está provocando flujos migratorios que acaban en barcos que están ahora mismo a la deriva.
Sometimes I wonder why certain institutions are created. I am referring to the European Court of Human Rights or the UN itself. How can it be that ports are allowed to close in the face of a humanitarian catastrophe and they are allowed to reach other places such as the Canary Islands? Crises such as wars or climate change are causing migratory flows that end up in ships that are adrift right now.
Manchmal frage ich mich, warum bestimmte Institutionen geschaffen werden. Ich beziehe mich auf den Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte oder die UNO selbst. Wie kann es sein, dass Häfen angesichts einer humanitären Katastrophe schließen dürfen und sie andere Orte wie die Kanarischen Inseln erreichen dürfen? Krisen wie Kriege oder der Klimawandel verursachen Migrationsströme, die in derzeit treibenden Schiffen landen.
Parfois, je me demande pourquoi certaines institutions sont créées. Je fais référence à la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme ou à l'ONU elle-même. Comment se fait-il que des ports soient autorisés à fermer face à une catastrophe humanitaire et qu'ils soient autorisés à atteindre d'autres endroits comme les îles Canaries ? Des crises telles que les guerres ou le changement climatique provoquent des flux migratoires qui se retrouvent dans des navires à la dérive en ce moment.
في بعض الأحيان أتساءل لماذا يتم إنشاء مؤسسات معينة. أنا أشير إلى المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان أو الأمم المتحدة نفسها. كيف يمكن أن يُسمح للموانئ بالإغلاق في مواجهة كارثة إنسانية ويُسمح لها بالوصول إلى أماكن أخرى مثل جزر الكناري؟ تتسبب الأزمات مثل الحروب أو تغير المناخ في تدفقات الهجرة التي تنتهي في السفن التي تبحر في الوقت الحالي.

A volte mi chiedo perché si creano certe istituzioni. Mi riferisco alla Corte europea dei diritti dell'uomo o alla stessa ONU. Com'è possibile che i porti possano chiudere di fronte a una catastrofe umanitaria e che possano raggiungere altri luoghi come le Isole Canarie? Crisi come guerre o cambiamenti climatici stanno causando flussi migratori che finiscono su navi alla deriva in questo momento.
Czasami zastanawiam się, dlaczego powstają pewne instytucje. Mam na myśli Europejski Trybunał Praw Człowieka lub samą ONZ. Jak to możliwe, że w obliczu katastrofy humanitarnej porty mogą się zamykać i docierać do innych miejsc, takich jak Wyspy Kanaryjskie? Kryzysy, takie jak wojny lub zmiany klimatu, powodują przepływy migracyjne, które kończą się na dryfujących obecnie statkach.
