Hello, how are you? Welcome to this podcast, from the Canary Islands to the world.
Today I'm opening a book that isn't on any bookshelf: the one that's written with every page that transforms us. We travel the world in search of new stories, because reading is crossing borders without a passport. And every story is a cultural compass.
I know it's not Halloween, but I felt like talking about this unique author: Thomas Gray. What's so original about him? Well, one of his works, called "Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard," was written in a cemetery, on a tombstone.
It's very beautiful, because it deals with how we will be judged in eternity, whether we are simple farmers or politicians, writers, etc.
If this literary journey inspired you, recommend it. And if you have a book that changed your life, tell me about it. Until the next episode!
