Inmigración sí; violencia , no

 

 

Reflexionando, después de haber visto el video de nuevo, empiezo a llegar a conclusiones:
P.D.:Estuve 10 años en 2 ONGs atendiendo a migrantes, la mayoría sin documentación.
- Este no ha sido el único salto masivo. Hace unos meses ya hubo otro y no atacaron a nadie.
- Claro que les cambian las caras, como a todo migrante que se siente a salvo. Su futuro, con la Ley de Extranjería en la mano, ya no lo veo tan claro.
- Desesperación aparte, veo más organización que otra cosa.
- Cierto es que el protocolo de actuación es envidiable. Pero hay que reconocer la saturación y la falta de medios humanos.

Thinking aboit it, after having seen  the video again, I begin to reach conclusions:
P.D.: I spent 10 years in 2 NGOs serving migrants, the majority without documentation.

Penser aboit, après avoir revu la vidéo, je commence à tirer des conclusions:
P.D .: J'ai passé 10 ans dans 2 ONG au service des migrants, la majorité sans papiers.
- Ce n'est pas le seul saut massif. Il y a quelques mois, il y en avait un autre et ils n'ont attaqué personne.
- Évidemment, leurs visages ont changé, comme tous les migrants qui se sentent en sécurité. Leur avenir, avec la loi sur l'immigration en main, ce n'est pas si clair.
- Désespoir à part, je vois plus d'organisation que toute autre chose.
- Il est vrai que le protocole d'action est enviable. Mais nous devons reconnaître la saturation et le manque de ressources humaines.

P.D .: Ho trascorso 10 anni in 2 ONG al servizio di migranti, la maggior parte senza documentazione.
- Questo non è stato l'unico grande salto. Qualche mese fa ce n'era un altro e non hanno attaccato nessuno.
- Ovviamente i loro volti sono cambiati, come ogni migrante che si sente al sicuro. Il loro futuro, con la legge sull'immigrazione in mano, non è così chiaro.
- Disperazione a parte, vedo più organizzazione di ogni altra cosa.
- È vero che il protocollo d'azione è invidiabile. Ma dobbiamo riconoscere la saturazione e la mancanza di risorse umane.

Pensando nisso, depois de ter visto o vídeo novamente, começo a chegar a conclusões:
P.D .: Passei 10 anos em 2 ONGs servindo migrantes, a maioria sem documentação.
- Este não foi o único salto maciço. Há alguns meses houve outro e eles não atacaram ninguém.
- Obviamente, seus rostos mudaram, como todo migrante que se sente seguro. Seu futuro, com a Lei de Imigração em mãos, não é tão claro.
Desespero de lado, vejo mais organização do que qualquer outra coisa.
- É verdade que o protocolo de ação é invejável. Mas devemos reconhecer a saturação e a falta de recursos humanos.

La Ley de Extranjería es clara

Ante los sucesos acontecidos en la valla de Ceuta  , está es mi postura:
1- Es obvio que hay que replantear el sistema de acogida, justo y conforme a los Derechos Humanos
2- La desesperación es entendible. Todxs lxs que llegan están desesperadxs. Es una cuestión de actitud. Los que llegaron en los barcos nunca le faltaron el respeto a nadie, a pesar de que 2 países les cerraran sus puertos ¿¿lo entienden???
3- La Ley de Extranjería, que se debe leer junto con los artículos, sirve para regular la situación. Convendrán conmigo que los delitos hay que castigarlos. Olvidan que existen las circuntancias especiales de las que ya he hablado.

2- La disperazione è comprensibile. Tutti quelli che arrivano sono disperati. È una questione di attitudine. Coloro che arrivarono sulle barche non mancarono mai di rispetto a nessuno, nonostante il fatto che 2 paesi chiudessero i loro porti. Capisci?
3- La legge sull'immigrazione, che deve essere letta insieme agli articoli, serve a regolare la situazione. Saranno d'accordo con me che i crimini devono essere puniti. Dimentichi che ci sono circostanze speciali di cui ho già parlato.

Acción cívica contra una expulsión

Ley de Extranjería
Artículo 57. Expulsión del territorio.
1. Cuando los infractores sean extranjeros y realicen conductas de las tipificadas como muy graves, o conductas graves de las previstas en los apartados a), b), c), d) y f) del artículo 53.1 de esta Ley Orgánica, podrá aplicarse, en atención al principio de proporcionalidad, en lugar de la sanción de multa, la expulsión del territorio español, previa la tramitación del correspondiente expediente administrativo y mediante la resolución motivada que valore los hechos que configuran la infracción.

2. Asimismo, constituirá causa de expulsión, previa tramitación del correspondiente expediente, que el extranjero haya sido condenado, dentro o fuera de España, por una conducta dolosa que constituya en nuestro país delito sancionado con pena privativa de libertad superior a un año, salvo que los antecedentes penales hubieran sido cancelados.

3. En ningún caso podrán imponerse conjuntamente las sanciones de expulsión y multa.

4. La expulsión conllevará, en todo caso, la extinción de cualquier autorización para permanecer legalmente en España, así como el archivo de cualquier procedimiento que tuviera por objeto la autorización para residir o trabajar en España del extranjero expulsado. No obstante, la expulsión podrá revocarse en los supuestos que se determinen reglamentariamente.

En el caso de las infracciones previstas en las letras a) y b) del artículo 53.1 de esta Ley, salvo que concurran razones de orden público o de seguridad nacional, si el extranjero fuese titular de una autorización de residencia válida expedida por otro Estado miembro, se le advertirá, mediante diligencia en el pasaporte, de la obligación de dirigirse de inmediato al territorio de dicho Estado. Si no cumpliese esa advertencia se tramitará el expediente de expulsión.

No es la religión, sino la seguridad

Nunca entenderé cómo países, a los que se les ayudó, tras sufrir una guerra, e incluso un genocidio. Ahora también les niega la acogida a lxs refugiadxs, siendo musulmanes. Queda claro que la religión no es la excusa, sino la seguridad.  De la solidaridad inicial, se ha pasado al control fronterizo

Un componente central del trabajo de prevención contra los delitos de odio, gracias a charlas-taller, donde el público participante puede actuar de una forma activa

2. Prevención de delitos de odio a través de las redes sociales
Los delitos de odio siempre han existido, pero ahora, gracias a las redes sociales, estos han aumentado, además de publicitarse en internet. Es por ello que hay que hacer hincapié en desmentir mitos y rumores contra lxs migrantes y refugiadxs

El racismo debe quedar fuera del deporte

Retomando la idea central de mi proyecto "Racismo y Xenofobia en el Deporte", quiero hablarles, aprovechando el ejemplo de Mesut Özil, de la brecha que existe entre los deportistas, a los que consideramos héroes, cuya procedencia no importa si ganan medallas y copas, y los inmigrantes que vemos cada día por la calle. Si un deportista se pone la camiseta de la selección del país donde ha nacido o acogido, no significa que deba olvidar sus orígenes. En el caso de Mesut Özil, ya sufrió ataques, cuando, el año pasado se hizo una foto en La Meca, a donde acudió en calidad de creyente musulmán. Metiendo las cosas en contexto, me parece que hay un conflicto de intereses....

Um auf die zentrale Idee meines Projekts "Rassismus und Fremdenfeindlichkeit im Sport" zurückzukommen, möchte ich mit Ihnen am Beispiel von Mesut Özil über die Kluft sprechen, die zwischen Athleten besteht, die wir als Helden betrachten, deren Herkunft keine Rolle spielt gewinnen Medaillen und Tassen, und die Einwanderer sehen wir jeden Tag auf der Straße.Wenn ein Athlet beschließt, das Trikot der Nationalmannschaft zu tragen, wo er geboren oder begrüßt wurde, bedeutet das nicht, dass er seine Herkunft vergessen sollte. Im Fall von Mesut Özil erlitt er bereits Attacken, als er letztes Jahr ein Foto in Mekka machte, wo er als muslimischer Gläubiger ging. Wenn ich die Dinge in Zusammenhang bringe, scheint mir ein Interessenkonflikt zu bestehen ...

Quiero hacerles una pregunta. aparte de quejarse e insultar a lxs migrantes, a los que siquiera conocemos, ¿qué haces tú por tus compatriotas?. ¿los acompañas en las diferentes manifestaciones? ¿haces sensibilización hacia diferentes causas sin faltar el respeto?

Precisamente, quienes hacen apología de los delitos de odio aprovechan para hacer proselitismo entre las capas más desfavorecidas: parados que sufren la crisis, especialmente de más de 40 años, menores que buscan su grupo de pertenencia, jóvenes que aún no encuentran empleo y , sobretodo,  las hinchadas de fútbol... ese es su "caladero"

Précisément, ceux qui préconisent les crimes de haine en profitent pour faire du prosélytisme parmi les couches les plus défavorisées: les chômeurs qui souffrent de la crise, notamment les plus de 40 ans, les mineurs qui cherchent leur groupe d'appartenance, les jeunes qui ne trouvent toujours pas d'emploi et surtout les hooligangs de football ... qui sont leur "terrain de pêche"

Jistě jste někdy slyšeli větu "Španělé první" (pro zahraniční čtenáře, používejte svou národnost). Chci se tě na něco zeptat. Kromě stížností a urážky migrantů, kteří dokonce víme, co děláte pro své krajany? Doprovázíte je v různých ukázkách? Citlivost vůči různým příčinám bez neúcty?

Právě ti, kteří obhajují zločiny z nenávisti využít k proselytize jednou z nejvíce znevýhodněných vrstev: nezaměstnané, kteří jsou postiženi krizí, zejména nad 40 let starých, dětí a mladistvých, kteří hledají pro své skupiny sounáležitosti, mladí lidé, kteří ještě nemají najít zaměstnání, a především fotbalové hooligangy ... to je jejich "rybářská plocha"

 Určite ste niekedy počuli vetu "Španielskí najprv" (pre zahraničných čitateľov používajte vašu národnosť). Chcem sa ťa opýtať otázku. Okrem sťažovania a urážania migrantov, ktorých dokonca vieme, čo robíte pre svojich krajanov? Prichádzate s nimi do rôznych demonštrácií? Citliváte na rôzne príčiny bez neúcty?

Práve tí, ktorí obhajujú zločiny z nenávisti, využívajú výhodu pri predvádzaní medzi najznevýhodnenejšie vrstvy: nezamestnaní, ktorí trpia krízou, najmä nad 40 rokov, maloletými, ktorí hľadajú svoju skupinu príslušníkov, mladými ľuďmi, ktorí stále nenachádzajú zamestnanie, predovšetkým futbalové hooligangy ... to je ich "rybárska pôda"
