A treaty called the "Istanbul Convention" and the Ottoman country decided to leave.
But what is the reality? 362 women have died as a result of violence, according to the Anitsayac online registry.

In previous years, the Police repressed demonstrations with violence, and this year was no exception. Women's rights activists were reportedly detained in several provinces on the day of the protests.

- NGO activism: Foundations like Mor Çatı actively provide shelters, legal aid, and psychological support, while campaigning for full use of the Istanbul Convention and stronger protections
And men, all around the world, say that they are discriminated.
