Hello, how are you? Welcome to this podcast, from the Canary Islands to the world.
Today I'm opening a book that isn't on any bookshelf: the one that is written with each page that transforms us. We travel the world in search of new stories, because reading is crossing borders without a passport. And each story is a cultural compass.
I admit there was a time when I wasn't doing well. I didn't understand what was happening to me, until last year when I discovered the reason for my existential emptiness: my beloved English Studies degree, which I prefer to call Philology, and above all, my autism diagnosis, which causes me intense hyperfocus.
Then a small book came into my life: "Who Moved My Cheese?" by Spencer Johnson. It's different because it doesn't talk about achieving goals, but about pursuing your objectives and dreams that you already had clearly defined, and persisting.
If this literary journey inspired you, please recommend it. And if you have a book that changed your life, tell me about it. Until the next episode!
