Con todo lo que estamos pasando, y por lo que se conoce de la historia, tengo la sensación de que estamos retrocediendo 90 años atrás, justo a esa época donde los futuros nazis, casi a hurtadillas, ya iban haciendo de las suyas. Pero ahora, es descarado, porque las redes sociales facilitan la viralización de los delitos de odio. Lo más espeluznante, es que contamos con herramientas jurídicas que no funcionan porque no ponen coto a tanto odio.
With everything we're going through, and given what we know of history, I have the feeling we're going back 90 years, to that time when future Nazis were already doing their dirty work, almost surreptitiously. But now, it's blatant, because social media facilitate the spread of hate crimes. The most chilling thing is that we have legal tools that don't work because they don't kerb so much hatred.
Angesichts all dessen, was wir gerade erleben, und in Anbetracht unseres historischen Wissens, habe ich das Gefühl, wir befinden uns 90 Jahre zurückgeworfen, in jene Zeit, als die späteren Nazis bereits fast im Verborgenen ihre schmutzigen Machenschaften verrichteten. Doch heute ist es offenkundig, da soziale Medien die Verbreitung von Hassverbrechen begünstigen. Das Erschreckendste daran ist, dass unsere rechtlichen Instrumente wirkungslos bleiben, weil sie so viel Hass nicht eindämmen können.
Au vu de tout ce que nous vivons actuellement, et compte tenu de notre connaissance historique, j'ai l'impression que nous avons fait un bond de 90 ans en arrière, à une époque où les futurs nazis commettaient déjà leurs actes odieux presque en secret. Aujourd'hui, c'est flagrant, les réseaux sociaux facilitant la propagation des crimes haineux. Le plus effrayant, c'est que nos instruments juridiques restent inefficaces car ils ne peuvent contenir une telle haine.
بالنظر إلى كل ما نمر به حاليًا، وبالنظر إلى معرفتنا التاريخية، أشعر وكأننا عدنا تسعين عامًا إلى الوراء، إلى زمن كان فيه النازيون المستقبليون يمارسون جرائمهم الدنيئة سرًا. أما اليوم، فقد بات الأمر سافرًا، إذ تُسهّل وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي انتشار جرائم الكراهية. والأمر الأكثر إثارة للرعب هو أن أدواتنا القانونية لا تزال عاجزة عن كبح جماح هذا الكم الهائل من الكراهية.
Tekintettel mindarra, amit jelenleg tapasztalunk, és történelmi ismereteinkre, úgy érezhetjük, mintha kilencven évvel visszarepültünk volna az időben, abba az időbe, amikor a jövő nácii titokban követték el szörnyű bűneiket. Ma ez a nyilvánosság előtt megtörtént, a közösségi média pedig elősegíti a gyűlölet-bűncselekmények terjedését. A legfélelmetesebb az, hogy jogi eszközeink továbbra sem képesek megfékezni ezt a hatalmas mennyiségű gyűlöletet.
Considerando ciò che stiamo vivendo e le nostre conoscenze storiche, potremmo avere la sensazione di essere tornati indietro di novant'anni, a un'epoca in cui i futuri nazisti commettevano i loro terribili crimini in segreto. Oggi, tutto ciò accade pubblicamente e i social media facilitano la diffusione dei crimini d'odio. La cosa più spaventosa è che i nostri strumenti legali sono ancora incapaci di arginare questa enorme ondata di odio.
