Un héroe de verdad

Historias desde el horror (XL): Janusz Korcsak

Hola, ¿qué tal? Aquí "Sabionda Intelectual "  , desde Canarias para el mundo,con un nuevo episodio  de nuestro podcast sobre derechos humanos u otras curiosidades. Un placer estar aquí un día más, compartiendo historias y experiencias con ustedes.

En los tiempos que corren, donde se ataca tanto al activismo, hoy quiero dedicarlo un hombre bueno que decidió no quedarse con las manos quietas.

Nacido en el seno de una familia judía bien integrada a la sociedad europea y defensora de los valores de la Haskalá, Janusz Korczak fue médico pediatra, pedagogo, escritor, publicista, activista social y oficial del Ejército Polaco.

durante la ocupación alemana, tuvo la osadía de vestir el uniforme polaco. Manifestó su clara oposición negándose a llevar la estrella de David, a pesar de la obligación impuesta por los nazis de señalar así a los judíos, pues consideraba esa imposición como una clara profanación de ese símbolo.

El doctor se negó a abandonar el gueto, en el que prosiguió relatando con regularidad sus experiencias en el diario que ya había comenzado en 1939. Un diario muy esclarecedor que había abandonado en los dos años anteriores al consumir toda su energía en las labores de dirección de Dom sierot y otras actividades relacionadas con la protección de los niños del gueto.

El día de la deportación final Korczak condujo el desfile de sus protegidos a la plaza Umschlagplatz de donde partían los transportes hacia los campos de exterminio. En la marcha participaron más de doscientos niños y unas decenas de educadores,

During the German occupation, he had the audacity to wear the Polish uniform. He expressed his clear opposition by refusing to wear the Star of David, despite the obligation imposed by the Nazis to mark the Jews in this way, as he considered this imposition a clear desecration of that symbol.

The doctor refused to leave the ghetto, where he continued to regularly recount his experiences in the diary that he had already started in 1939. A very illuminating diary that he had abandoned in the previous two years as he consumed all his energy in his management work. of Dom sierot and other activities related to the protection of ghetto children.

On the day of the final deportation Korczak led the parade of his protégés to the Umschlagplatz square where the transports left for the extermination camps. More than two hundred children and a few dozen educators participated in the march.

In diesen Zeiten, in denen Aktivismus so stark angegriffen wird, möchte ich ihn heute einem guten Mann widmen, der beschlossen hat, seine Hände nicht still zu halten.

Janusz Korczak wurde in eine jüdische Familie hineingeboren, die gut in die europäische Gesellschaft integriert war und die Werte der Haskala verteidigte. Er war Kinderarzt, Pädagoge, Schriftsteller, Publizist, sozialer Aktivist und Offizier der polnischen Armee.

Während der deutschen Besatzung wagte er es, die polnische Uniform zu tragen. Er drückte seinen klaren Widerstand aus, indem er sich weigerte, den Davidstern zu tragen, trotz der von den Nazis auferlegten Verpflichtung, die Juden auf diese Weise zu kennzeichnen, da er diese Auferlegung als klare Schändung dieses Symbols ansah.

Le médecin refuse de quitter le ghetto, où il continue à décrire régulièrement ses expériences dans le journal qu'il a commencé en 1939. Un journal très révélateur qu'il a abandonné au cours des deux années précédentes pour investir toute son énergie dans son travail de leadership. par Dom Sierot et d'autres activités liées à la protection des enfants du ghetto.

W tych czasach, kiedy aktywizm jest tak bardzo atakowany, dziś chcę poświęcić go dobremu człowiekowi, który postanowił nie trzymać rąk w bezruchu.

Urodzony w rodzinie żydowskiej, dobrze zintegrowanej ze społeczeństwem europejskim i obrońca wartości Haskali, Janusz Korczak był pediatrą, pedagogiem, pisarzem, publicystą, działaczem społecznym i oficerem Wojska Polskiego.

Podczas okupacji niemieckiej miał czelność nosić polski mundur. Wyraził swój wyraźny sprzeciw, odmawiając noszenia Gwiazdy Dawida, pomimo nałożonego przez nazistów obowiązku oznaczania Żydów w ten sposób, ponieważ uważał to narzucenie za wyraźną profanację tego symbolu.

Lekarz odmówił opuszczenia getta, gdzie kontynuował regularne opowiadanie o swoich przeżyciach w pamiętniku, który zaczął prowadzić już w 1939 r. Creo que la Fiscalía ha tardado demasiado tiempo en reaccionar, como siempre.
