VIDAS DE MIGRANTES | Cuándo el voluntariado descubre el talento oculto

Solo quienes conocemos las ONGs sabemos como funcionan:

Dentro hay diferentes servicios: trabajadores sociales, médico, psicólogo, profesores.  Hay personal contratada y hay voluntarios. 

Pero yo quiero centrarme en el programa de inclusión. Uno de esos programas, es en que me inicié en el voluntariado: el socioeducativo, les daba clases de español, que aprenden rapidísimo, con el tiempo participé en talleres , charlas, que también ellos daban. Sí. Con voluntad y esfuerzo, lo han logrado.

But I want to focus on the inclusion program. One of these programs is where I started volunteering: the socio-educational program. I gave them Spanish classes, which they learn very quickly. Over time, I participated in workshops and talks that they also gave. Yes. With willpower and effort, they've succeeded.

Nur wer sich mit NGOs auskennt, weiß, wie sie funktionieren:

Innerhalb der Organisationen gibt es verschiedene Dienste: Sozialarbeiter, Ärzte, Psychologen, Lehrer. Es gibt Festangestellte und Freiwillige.

Ich möchte mich aber auf das Inklusionsprogramm konzentrieren. In einem dieser Programme, dem sozialpädagogischen Programm, habe ich angefangen, mich ehrenamtlich zu engagieren. Ich habe ihnen Spanischunterricht gegeben, und sie haben sehr schnell gelernt. Mit der Zeit habe ich auch an Workshops und Vorträgen teilgenommen, die sie selbst gehalten haben. Ja, mit Willenskraft und Einsatz haben sie es geschafft.

Mais je souhaite me concentrer sur le programme d’inclusion. C’est dans l’un de ces programmes, le programme socio-éducatif, que j’ai commencé mon bénévolat. Je leur donnais des cours d’espagnol, qu’ils ont appris très rapidement. Au fil du temps, j’ai également participé à des ateliers et des conférences qu’ils animaient. Oui. Grâce à leur volonté et à leurs efforts, ils ont réussi.
