Citizenship School: Another Way of Getting Skills

Hi. How are you? Welcome back to one more day, from the Canary Islands to the world, with a new episode of this podcast about human rights or other curiosities. A pleasure to be here.

Citizenship education develops knowledge, skills and understanding that pupils need to play a full part in democratic society, as active and informed citizens. 

Students, and people in general, are taught about democracy, politics, parliament and voting. Additionally they learn about human rights, justice, the law, identies and diversity. Topics such as media and information literacy, climate change and sustainability, financial and economic education.

In times we are living in , I think debates can be a good opportunity to express our worries and, maybe , look for solutions.

También ha aumentado el número de suscriptores, en este mismo periodo de 2023 (+14).

Bueno, no sé que impacto está teniendo. Sí que me han escrito soltándome alguna cosita que roza la xenofobia. Quizás eso signifique que les he tocado alguna fibra sensible.

Muchas gracias a mis oyentes, porque sin sus escuchas, mi trabajo de sensibilización no saldría adelante.

Pues a mí se me da mejor que el trabajo grupal.En mi trabajo, es imprescindible tener un partenariado. Para darte a conocer a las organizaciones con quien vas a colaborar para organizar o participar en eventos. No creo lógico generalizar.
