In Spain, we have a public broadcaster. It broadcasts a debate program in which you must express your opinion in less than a minute.
Last Wednesday, the debate was about young people and the far right, and I was amazed: a young man appeared, who, judging by his way of speaking, seemed to be an activist. Suddenly, he not only asks for votes for the far right, but ends up blaming crimes on migrants and saying they should be deported. This is already a hate crime. But the best came next: a Spanish boy of Moroccan origin, descendants of those who arrived in the 1980s, told the representative of that racist party that he will never vote for them, much less for them to deport other migrants.
Public television should reconsider not allowing hate speech.
