La educación es un derecho y un deber

Tengan documentación o no, lxs niñxs deben ir a la escuela, sí o sí, puesto que, no sólo es un derecho, sino una obligación. Por suerte, la situación ha cambiado y  han aparecido nuevas oportunidades, como es la Formación Profesional Básica, a la que pueden optar aquellxs jóvenes que, por alguna circunstancia, no han podido obtener una titulación. 

Dada la situación de la población jóven de Melilla, especialmente, siendo españoles de origen marroquí, creo que, en virtud de la inclusión social la (integración supone una aceptación, no más), sería importante incluir a estos jóvenes en el sistema educativo español

Ser integrador-a social

Ser integrador o integradora social, al igual que tener otras profesiones de la misma familia profesional, requiere tener un perfil, así como capacidades muy concretas. Por ello pienso si sería recomendable pasar un filtro psicológico antes de hacer la matrícula. No es broma. De hecho, conozco una entidad donde tienes que ir a consulta psicológica .

Para ser un-a buenx profesional se necesita tener un claro perfil. No es para menos. Lxs destinatarixs de nuestrxs proyectos se merecen ser atendidos acorde a sus necesidades .

• Excelente habilidades de comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
• La capacidad de escuchar activa y de hacer las preguntas correctas para conocer las necesidades de lxs destinatarixs.
• La capacidad de establecer una relación constructiva con lxs destinatarixs.
• Una actitud positiva y un enfoque práctico para la resolución de problemas.
• Habilidades administrativas y organizativas.
• La capacidad de trabajar como parte de un equipo, junto con otros profesionales.
• La capacidad de animar a las personas sin discriminar a razón del colectivo al que pertenezcan
• Habilidades de comunicación escrita y habilidades de TIC, para producir evaluaciones claras.

Being a social integrator , as well as having other professions of the same professional family, requires having a profile, as well as very specific abilities. De Integración Social

He decidido ir a por todas. me he apuntado a un ciclo superior de Formación Profesional: Integración social, con la intención de obtener nuevas herramientas a mi trabajo como animadora social. 

Parece complicado ¿verdad? Sí. Pero nada como poder empoderar a personas en situación de vulnerabilidad o exclusión social. Empiezo con fuerza y mucha ilusión.

Quizás, lo más duro sea , que tengo que compatibilizarlo con mi trabajo, implementando talleres contra el racismo y la xenofobia en deporte. Feliz por aprender y aportar

I have decided to try everything. I have signed up for a higher course of Vocational Training: Social Integration, with the intention of obtaining new tools for my work as a sociocultural worker.

It seems complicated, right? Yes. But nothing like being able to empower people in situations of vulnerability or social exclusion. I start with strength and great enthusiasm.

J'ai décidé de tout essayer. Je me suis inscrit à un cours supérieur de formation professionnelle: intégration sociale, avec l'intention d'obtenir de nouveaux outils pour mon travail en tant que travailleur socioculturel.

Cela semble compliqué, non? Oui Mais rien de tel que de pouvoir responsabiliser les personnes en situation de vulnérabilité ou d'exclusion sociale. Je commence avec force et grand enthousiasme.

Le plus difficile est peut-être que je dois le rendre compatible avec mon travail, en mettant en place des ateliers contre le racisme et la xénophobie dans le sport. Heureux d'apprendre et de contribuer

Sembra complicato, giusto? Sì. Ma niente è come essere in grado di responsabilizzare le persone in situazioni di vulnerabilità o esclusione sociale. Comincio con forza e grande entusiasmo.

Forse, la cosa più difficile è che devo renderlo compatibile con il mio lavoro, implementando workshop contro il razzismo e la xenofobia nello sport. Felice di imparare e contribuire
