Estoy tan inmersa en el Ciclo Superior de Formación profesional de integración Social, que me he olvidado que soy animadora. Pues bien. Doy fe de que el libro da resultado.

Durante mucho tiempo fui como Hem. Esperaba y esperaba a que todo me llegara. Pero no sucedía nada y me frustraba. Ya antes de leer el libro había hecho voluntariado, pero, fue en 2008, cuando todo cambió. Descubrí que había una titulación llamada TASOC. Y me convertí en Haw. El empoderamiento de las personas migrantes

Tal y como considero mi trabajo, a las personas hay que guiarlas, es decir, orientarlas hacia un futuro en el que se puedan valer por sí mismas. Y, en el caso  de las personas migrantes, necesitan desde crear una nueva red social que perdieron al salir de sus países, si no tienen a nadie conocido en el país de acogida. También necesitan apoyo idiomático y reaprender habilidades sociales y sociolaborales que les facilite la vida, pero sobre todo, apoyo psicológico para sobrellevar el Síndrome de Ulises.

Un proyecto que vale la pena

Mi proyecto "Racismo y Xenofobia en el Deporte" está siendo rediseñado para mejorar sus oportunidades para el próximo año. Agradezco al Instituto Insular de Deportes del Cabildo de Gran Canaria, el programa JuegosDVida, la beca para la implementación del proyecto. También para Guaguas Global, que tenía tan buenos horarios y podía hacerme más fácil llegar a varios puntos de la isla transfiriendo el mensaje contra los delitos de odio. Ojalá pudiera volver a implementarlo el año que viene.

My project "Racism and Xenophobia in Sport" is being redesigned to improve its opportunities for next year.
